Two years between the classroom and the workshop
For two years Gabriele will continue his studies while working at Eurostar, supported by a company tutor and learning on the job — method, responsibility and the technical skills specific to the bottling machinery industry.
A real bridge between school and business
The dual apprenticeship is a programme promoted by ATPICA — the association of packaging and bottling technology companies in the Canelli and Valle Belbo area — in partnership with Istituto Artom technical school in Canelli, created to build a genuine connection between education and industry. For Eurostar, investing in young people along this path means investing in the future of the industry and of the local area where the company has been operating for thirty years.
