Squadron — Solutions for small and medium production runs
Squadron is a range of Eurostar machines designed for small and medium production runs. Integrated systems that combine container rinsing, filling and closing in a single machine. A solution for producers with limited space, small teams and production volumes that do not call for a complete line.
Squadron includes several models for wines, beers and soft drinks, both carbonated and still, as well as for applications in the food and chemical sectors. The machines are designed, built and tested in-house and configured around the product and the pack format.
Why it was created
A market looking for dedicated solutions
Small wineries, craft breweries, olive mills, distilleries: producers who bottle a few hundred bottles an hour and until recently had to choose between an oversized machine and solutions that did not perform well enough.
The territory
Our headquarters are in the Langhe and Monferrato wine district. It is where most of our customers work, where the machines can be seen in production and where service can arrive the same day.
The experience
Since 1996: design, manufacture and installation of bottling and packaging plants all over the world. Technical know-how built over thirty years and applied to a range of more compact machines, designed specifically for small and medium-scale production.
We do not start from scratch: Eurostar's experience is already inside every Squadron machine.

Machines configured around the product
We start from proven construction platforms and define the configuration around the customer's product: viscosity, filling temperature, container format, closure type, available space. This is what makes it possible to combine short lead times with a tailored configuration: we do not design a machine from scratch every time, nor do we offer a standard model to be adapted afterwards.

In-house design and manufacturing
Design, manufacturing and configuration are all in-house. Before shipping, every machine is tested with the customer's bottles, in the configuration planned for its production.

Installation, start-up and service
Installation, start-up and operator training are included in the supply, together with a one-year warranty. Spare parts, maintenance and technical service remain available after installation, with remote diagnostics on automatic machines.

The technology is chosen according to the product and the production requirements. Squadron offers semi-automatic and automatic solutions, depending on the product, the format and the level of automation required.
We start from the product and the formats, not from the catalogue. The initial information makes it possible to identify the most suitable technology and define the machine configuration.
Four pieces of information are enough to prepare a quote: product, container format, closure type and expected hourly output.
