Technical description
The variable-geometry star wheel is a system designed to handle containers of different diameters and formats without replacing the star wheel at production changeover. Thanks to movable elements or adjustable profiles, the geometry of the star wheels quickly adapts to the size of the container while keeping it correctly positioned. The solution drastically reduces format changeover times, increases machine flexibility and limits the number of dedicated change over format required.
