Technical description
POWERFILL is an electronic volumetric filler designed for filling HDPE bottles by means of flowmeters. The amount of product dispensed into each container is measured by the flowmeter rather than by the level reached in the bottle, ensuring accurate, repeatable dosing. The product is conveyed from the tank to the flowmeters and filling valves through dedicated piping; the PLC controls the opening and closure of the pneumatic valves, including partial opening for a controlled flow reduction in the final filling phase.
