Neck Handling System

The Neck Handling system provides continuous, accurate and reliable transfer of PET bottles inside the tribloc.

Neck handling improves the handling of lightweight containers, reduces stress on the bottle body and simplifies format changeover operations, helping to increase machine efficiency and the regularity of the production flow.

The bottle is supported and transferred by its neck support ring using grippers, transfer star wheels and dedicated guides, from the rinser infeed through to the filler and capper.

Since the neck remains the geometric reference, the neck ring can be kept at the same height along the block even with bottles of different heights.
